For bars, scoop shops and farms

The booth your
regulars ask for.

A photo booth that lives on your wall, hands every guest their picture in forty seconds, and hands you the list of the ones who said yes to hearing from you.

No app for your guests. No printer for you. Keeps working when the wifi doesn't.

How it works

One screen.
One thing to do on it.

A guest holding a drink in a dark room should never have to read instructions. So there aren't any.

  1. 01

    They tap

The screen shows your name and two words. One plain sentence says a photo is about to happen and that they choose how to get it. That sentence is the first of two consents, and we keep it word for word.

  2. 02

    They smile

Three, two, one. They see the picture and pick Keep or Retake. Three retakes, then it is a keeper, so the queue never stalls behind one perfectionist.

  3. 03

    They scan

A code on the screen opens their photo on their own phone, with a Save button. No app, no account, and nothing to type before they get what they came for.

Then the screen wipes itself. The next guest never sees the last one.

Your guest list

Everyone sells the photos.
Nobody hands you the list.

On their own phone, after the photo is already theirs, a guest sees one unchecked box: can this venue text or email them about what is on. Tick it and they are yours. Leave it and they still keep the photo.

You get a file, not a dashboard. Who said yes, the exact sentence they read, and the minute they read it. Open it in a spreadsheet, hand it to whatever you already send email with, or let us send for you.

The best-known booth app puts guest data behind its $149-a-month tier, and every other one we checked gates it a tier or two above the entry plan. Ours is the plan.

What it costs

A booth that pays
its own bill.

Your guests can order their photo on a magnet, a print, a strip for the fridge. A share of what they spend comes straight off your invoice, and a booth that sells enough is free that month.

  1. 01Your guest gets their photo free, always. Nothing to pay, nothing to dismiss.
  2. 02Beside it, on their own phone, they can order it printed, or on a magnet, with your name on it.
  3. 03We print and ship it. You hold no stock and handle nothing.
  4. 04A share of that comes off your next bill. Enough of it and the month is free.

We checked every competitor's pricing page on 13 September 2026. Not one of them reduces what a venue pays based on what the booth earns. The only vendor that touches guest money takes a cut of it.

An illustration, not a quote. The store and the credit are being built now; the walkthrough shows you exactly where they stand and what the rate is for your room.

Built for a Saturday night

It doesn't lie
to your guests.

Bar wifi drops. iPads get unplugged. Somebody walks off halfway through. It was built around those nights, not around a demo.

Works with the wifi off

Photos are held on the device and sent the moment the wifi is back, in order, without anyone touching it. The guest's link starts working the second it lands.

Says what is true

If a photo has not gone out yet, the screen says so in words a guest understands. It never shows a tick for something that did not happen.

Resets itself

Forty-five seconds with nobody there and it wipes the screen and starts fresh. Two guests in a row cannot see each other's photos.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

What does it actually cost?

A flat monthly rate per booth, month to month, with the guest list included rather than sold back to you as an upgrade. We quote it on the walkthrough once we have seen your room, because the rate is lower if we already run your website, and lower again once your booth is earning against it. The cabinet and the tablet are quoted once, separately, and they are yours.

Do I need to buy the cabinet from you?

No. The app runs on a tablet on any stand you like. The wall cabinet is what we would build you: plywood, painted your colour, your name on the panel, soft light either side of the screen, locked with a key, one outlet. The first one has not been built yet, and we will tell you exactly where that stands.

Who owns the guests?

You do. They are your venue's contacts, recorded with the sentence each person agreed to and the time they agreed to it, and you can download the lot any day, including the day you cancel. We do not market to them, and we do not sell or share them.

What happens when the wifi goes down mid-service?

Nothing visible. The booth keeps taking photos and holds them on the device. Guests still get a code, and the page behind it tells them honestly that it is on its way. Everything sends itself when the wifi is back, oldest first.

Does a guest have to give an email to get their photo?

Never. The code and the photo are free and always will be. Asking to be sent a copy is a separate, optional thing on their own phone, and the marketing box under it starts unchecked. Declining it changes nothing about the photo.

How far along is this, honestly?

The booth app is built and running: capture, the offline queue, the code, the photo page, the two consents, and texting a guest their link. The venue's own dashboard, the printed products and the credit against your bill are being built now. Nothing has run in a real venue yet, and the walkthrough is where we show you exactly what works today rather than what is on this page.
